# Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") governs the use of Narvi and related services provided by Saturn Mode ("Saturn Mode", "we", "us", or "our"). The purpose of this Policy is to ensure that the Service is used responsibly, lawfully, and in a manner that does not harm the platform, other users, or third parties.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with this Policy.

1. Purpose and Scope

Narvi provides tools for designing interfaces, generating code, and creating digital assets. Access to the Service is provided to users on the condition that the platform is used in a responsible and lawful manner.

This Policy establishes guidelines for acceptable conduct and describes activities that are prohibited when using the Service.

2. Lawful and Responsible Use

Users must use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Users are expected to exercise reasonable judgment and to respect the rights and safety of others while using the platform.

Users are responsible for all activities that occur under their account.

3. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using Narvi.

Users may not use the Service to engage in illegal conduct, including the distribution of unlawful materials or activities that violate applicable laws or regulations.

Users may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or network connected to the Service. This includes attempting to probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities in the platform or its infrastructure.

Users may not upload, generate, transmit, or distribute malicious software, including viruses, worms, trojans, ransomware, or other harmful code designed to disrupt or damage systems.

Users may not use the Service in a manner that interferes with or disrupts the operation, performance, or integrity of the platform. This includes excessive automated usage, attempts to bypass usage restrictions, or actions intended to degrade service availability.

Users must not upload or generate content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights, trademarks, or proprietary software rights.

Users may not use the Service to create or distribute content intended to harass, threaten, abuse, or harm other individuals or organizations.

4. Security and Platform Integrity

Users must not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code or proprietary components of the Service except where such activity is permitted by applicable law.

Users must not attempt to circumvent security measures, authentication systems, or platform safeguards designed to protect the Service and its users.

If a user discovers a vulnerability or security issue within the Service, the user agrees to report the issue to Saturn Mode in good faith and refrain from exploiting it.

5. Enforcement

Saturn Mode reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this Policy. If we determine that a violation has occurred, we may take appropriate action, including restricting access to the Service, suspending accounts, removing content, or terminating user access.

We may take such actions without prior notice where necessary to protect the security, stability, or integrity of the platform.

6. Reporting Violations

Users who become aware of activity that violates this Policy are encouraged to report the matter to Saturn Mode. Reports may be submitted to the contact address listed below.

7. Changes to This Policy

Saturn Mode may modify this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology, legal requirements, or operational practices. Updated versions of the Policy will be posted on the Service with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
