Privacy Policy
Effective Date: March 8, 2026
Narvi is a software platform operated by Saturn Mode ("Saturn Mode", "we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when individuals access or use Narvi and any related services, websites, applications, or software (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and agree to the collection and use of information as described herein.
1. Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the Narvi platform and related services operated by Saturn Mode. It describes the types of information we may collect from users, how we use and process that information, how we may disclose it, and the choices available to users regarding their information.
This policy applies to individuals who visit our website, create an account, or otherwise interact with the Service.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect several categories of information in connection with the operation of the Service.
Personal information may include information that identifies or relates to an identifiable individual. This may include information such as a user's name, email address, login credentials, or other account information provided during the account registration process.
We may also collect usage and technical information automatically when the Service is accessed. This information may include device identifiers, browser type, IP address, operating system, interaction data, and timestamps related to use of the platform. Such information helps us understand how the Service is used and assists in improving reliability and performance.
Users may also provide content while using Narvi. This may include code, design files, configuration settings, generated assets, prompts, project files, and other materials submitted or created through the platform ("User Content").
3. How We Use Information
Information collected through the Service may be used for several purposes related to the operation and improvement of Narvi.
We use information to provide and maintain the Service, authenticate users, process requests, generate outputs, store projects, and enable collaboration features. Information may also be used to monitor usage trends, diagnose technical issues, improve system performance, and develop new features.
We may also use information to communicate with users regarding updates to the Service, security notifications, product announcements, or administrative messages related to their account.
Saturn Mode does not sell personal information to third parties.
4. Processing of User Content
Narvi allows users to create, upload, and generate content within the platform. Saturn Mode does not claim ownership of User Content.
However, by using the Service, users grant Saturn Mode a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, display, and transmit User Content solely as necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
Users remain responsible for the content they upload or generate and for ensuring that such content does not violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
5. Sharing and Disclosure of Information
We may disclose information in limited circumstances as necessary to operate the Service or comply with legal obligations.
Information may be shared with trusted third-party service providers who assist in operating infrastructure such as cloud hosting, analytics, authentication, or security monitoring. These providers are permitted to access information only to perform services on our behalf.
We may also disclose information where required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or where disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Saturn Mode, our users, or the public.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or asset transfer involving Saturn Mode, information may be transferred as part of the business transaction.
6. Data Security
Saturn Mode implements reasonable technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
Despite these measures, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users therefore acknowledge that they provide information and use the Service at their own risk.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information and user data only for as long as necessary to provide the Service, fulfill legitimate business purposes, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Users may request deletion of their accounts and associated data where technically feasible. Certain information may be retained for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
8. International Data Transfers
Because the Service may be operated using infrastructure located in multiple jurisdictions, information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than the country in which the user resides. By using the Service, users consent to such transfers where permitted by applicable law.
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. Saturn Mode does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that information has been collected from a child in violation of applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete such information.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
Saturn Mode may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to reflect changes in legal requirements, technology, or our data practices. When changes are made, the updated policy will be posted on the Service with a revised effective date.
Continued use of the Service following publication of an updated Privacy Policy constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
